What have I been eating :)

Hey everyone!

Update:
Current Weight : 106.2lbs

So my weight has stalled a bit, I am not loosing as much as quickly as i had wanted, but I have also been eating more than i should >.< so anyways update on what I have been eating.

Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies. Should I do a recipe post? They are SO YUMMY!


Simple. Whole Wheat Tortilla with sliced bananas. rolled up. Thats it. 230cals


Goodies from vegfest.

1/3 cup of Kashi strawberry field. 1/4 of kind granola. topped with 2 teaspoons of soy yogurt and raspberries.


Cheesecake factory. i only ate about 1/3 of this in the restaurant. chicken marsala with mushrooms, but instead of chicken, shrimp. 

ALSO, I am uploading an updated weightloss video today :)

Vegan Meal Idea - Under 300 cals!

Hi everyone!

I am currently having a Whole Wheat English Muffin with peanut butter and bananas and I thought I should share it with you guys as it is a good option for lunch or dinner. Its also under 300 cals.
the Whole wheat english muffin is 120 cals, the peanut butter is around 100 cals for one tablespoon, and half a banana is about 50 cals. the total is about 270 cals. you can have it with some fruit or yogurt :)

Anyways, thats all I have for today. I am planning on doing a vegan/vegetarian food haul and some reviews, but I can't quite decided if I want to do a blog post or a video....any opinions?

Also, update on weight, currently hovering around 112 - 113lbs :)

What I ate today!

So, I guess I should mention that I have been avoiding red meat for awhile. I have decided to try vegetarianism.

So today, for lunch, I had boca nuggets and white rice.
For dinner, a peanut butter and jelly sandwich on half a croissant, and the other half has pepperjack and field roast.

I know, so uninteresting. I promise I will take pictures next time.
On the bright side, I am currently hovering around 116 - 117lbs :)
