So I have been pescetarian for awhile and am enjoying it :)
I am finally under the 115lbs mark at 114.8lbs :)
I am eating a lot of fish and shrimp. If you guys are curious, I only eat white fish, so I don't eat tuna or salmon.
So What have I eaten recently,
Heres a sort - of food diary of what I have eaten in the past 2 weeks or so.
French Fries from Po dog, I am actually unsure if it is actually vegetarian/vegan, but they're SO GOOD!
Grilled Cheese kids meal at the Nordstrom Cafe, super yummy!
I <3 Menchies. Not vegan though...vegetarian
Crepe! Banana, Chocolate, and Whipped cream, not vegan, vegetarian
Breaded Cod, White rice, and french fries.
Roasted Garlic Hummus and saltines :) this one has dairy in it though :(
Shrimp Scampi, also has butter, so not vegan, but was SUPER YUMMY!
AGAIN, I <3 MENCHIES
White rice, shrimp, and Japanese Fried Tofu. No dairy :) but Pescatarian, not vegan because theres shrimp.
Lollipop Prawn!. :)
Boulder Canyon Salt and Pepper chips. Portioned out to exactly one portion!
